City of Green River Ward III Council Member Jim Boan took his Oath of Office at a Special Council Meeting held on Tuesday, November 11.  The Governing Body voted to fill the seat vacated by Randy Walker due to his selection as Sweetwater County Commissioner.  Council Member Boan was selected to fill the vacated seat based on the election results.  He will serve for the remainder of Walker’s term which was set to expire this year, before beginning his own four-year term.
