With your help we can achieve great things!  The City of Green River Governing Body unanimously adopted a Strategic Plan in October 2007.  The Strategic Plan includes a Mission Statement, Vision Statement, Core Beliefs, and Goals for 2007-2012. Mayor Castillon sees the document as our "road map to the future.”  To read more on our Strategic Plan please click here.
